I totally forgot about him >__< Anyways, this is Diego's dragon summon, Nidhogg (yes I mix cultures like people mix species, shut it). Like in Norse myth, he feeds on the dead. Unlike the myth, he does not feed on the roots of the Yggdrasil, instead he is enticed, with Diego by a pseudo-Yggdrasil. Also he, like Diego, can summon and control the dead. He is Diego's most reliable summon in which he cooperates with him very well. When summoned he first shows up with no flesh and is just a soot covered skeleton of his self. The flesh gradually covers him as he is out. Unlike human necromancers, he gains his strongest power when he gains his flesh humans must lose theirs. However, there is a point in time where Deigo has his flesh forced back onto him which weakens his magic powers; thus when Nidhogg is summoned, his flesh does not return all the way as well and is also weakened. Nidhogg, is very intelligent despite his looks and can also speak in human tongue of many languages. BTW, I think you have a minor typo on the Tree and them awaking portion (upper right). "...which caused him his flesh, but gained..." You mean it cost him his flesh right?
